The Brand
Established by Chef Tiff Chan at the age of 21 in 2015,
Chef Tiff's Kitchen (CTK) specializes in contemporary fusion tea cuisine.
What makes CTK's dishes so special is their signature 'fusion tea' concept behind the dishes created by Chef Tiff, combining local food culture & unique produce around the world with tea.
Since its inception, CTK has been constantly active as a tea dessert delivery shop on Instagram,
T LAB, a dining pop-up series, was also launched in 2018 to further craft her ideas on tea.
Different local media have also recommend CTK as one of the best matcha specialist shops in the city,
ELLE HK also named Tiff as the 'Matcha Queen of HK'.
After non-stop running CTK for over 5 years,
Tiff took a short break to re-evaluate the direction of the brand & herself as a Chef.
Evolving CTK into the ideal form and ultimately, moving forward to the next stage.
The CTK 'Bara Chabako' Series & T LAB 'Yumchakase' Te'Xperience has launched in 2022.
Not only to uplift the experience and maintain the quality that we always trying to pursue,
but also to provide more exquisite and simplicite menu offerings.

シェフオーナー ティフ・チャンは、雑誌ELLE香港に「香港の「抹茶女王 」」として知られています。
創業以来、CTKはすでに2萬のインスタフォロワーがいます。
香港のメディアからインタビューを受けているだけではなく、有名な食通もCTKを最高の抹茶専門店と評価しました。
すべての料理はティフさん自分で作って、人気があるので注文するのはとても難しいです。

- Found her passion and vision in culinary & tea, especially matcha,
launched Chef Tiff's Kitchen in 2015 on Instagram.
- Songwriter/producer based in Japan.
- Gourmet hunting, food photography, traveling are her hobbies.
